The Group is expanding its business globally and is required to address increasingly diverse and complex social issues. From among these various social issues, we prioritized those with the greatest impact on our business and identified them as material issues in 2020. Furthermore, in light of changes in social issues and stakeholder expectations, we reviewed our materiality in 2025. For the material issues we have identified, we have established KPIs to ensure that every employee can translate them into specific actions, and we continuously monitor the progress of these activities. We also periodically review and optimize our materiality in response to changes in social issues.
