Shareholder Returns
The Company recognizes that returning profits to shareholders is an important priority for management.
The Company’s policy is to return profit to shareholders at a targeted total return ratio of 50% or more
during the cumulative period of the medium-term business plan “CONNECT 2030” for the five years ending
February 28, 2031, with comprehensive consideration of the demand for finance such as repayment of debt,
investment for performance or business expansion, and simultaneously realizing appropriate capital allocation
from a medium- to long-term perspective, in order to achieve more flexible and stable shareholders returns.
